UK delivery times & costs

UK, Scottish Highlands & Islands, IOM, CI & BFPO £7.50 up to 5 working days

All UK orders will be despatched via City Link. You will not be charged until the goods are despatched from our warehouse and will only be charged delivery costs once per order.

Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.

International deliveries

All products available to purchase via our website are exportable. We offer an international delivery service on all orders and ship via Parceline and Fedex to the following countries:

Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.

Rest of World: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, UAE, USA.

The delivery charge for each international order is based on the destination country and number of items within the order and is automatically calculated during the checkout process. LK Bennett reserves the right to withdraw its international delivery service at anytime.

Import duty

Prices on the website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT.

We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. We will seek confirmation from you in all cases prior to dispatching a DDU shipment to make sure you are aware of the DDU policy. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. LK Bennett Ltd cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.

Late deliveries

Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First check to see if your item has already been shipped. Log in to ‘your account’ and click on ‘view your full order history’. If it has left our warehouse, and you feel it’s ‘severely overdue’ please call Customer Services (Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 17:30), quoting your order reference number, on 0844 581 5881 or email customerservices@lkbennett.com.
