i Despite heavy snowfall this weekend all deliveries are out as normal. However, snow and ice on local routes may cause some slight delays. Although there may be no snow in your area, deliveries being collected from an affected area may also experience delays.
All UK orders will be despatched via courier. You will not be charged until the goods are despatched from our warehouse and will only be charged delivery costs once per order.
Please note: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses and cannot arrange for web orders to be delivered to store.

We offer an international delivery service on all orders and ship via Royal Mail, DPD and UPS.
Royal Mail International Signed For™
International Signed For™ is a secure delivery service that requires a signature on delivery. International shipping is charged at the flat rate of £20.
Please be advised if the items exceed 2kg in weight UPS will deliver your order and we will automatically reimburse your postage costs if the Royal Mail is the carrier. For all items exceeding 2kg UPS will be the carrier, please refer to 'International Courier Service'.

The delivery charge for each international order is based on the destination country and number of items within the order and is automatically calculated during the checkout process. LK Bennett reserves the right to withdraw its international delivery service at anytime.

Import Duty
Prices on the website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT.
We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.

LATE DELIVERIES
Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons. First check the tracking code you received on the despatch email. If it has left our warehouse, and you feel it's 'severely overdue' please call Customer Services (Monday - Friday, except Wednesday 09:00 - 17:30, Wednesday 10:00 - 17:30), quoting your order reference number, on 0844 581 5881 (or from outside the UK +44 (0)20 7637 6731) or email customerservices@lkbennett.com.
DELIVER TO STORE
We are currently trialling delivering items to our Knightsbridge, City and One New Change stores free from delivery charges. We hope to be able to introduce this service to all of our UK stores very soon.
If you would like to send your items to our Knightsbridge, City or One New Change stores, please place your order online and when you are at checkout, select to have your order delivered to the store.
Three simple steps:

2. Select the store you wish your items to be delivered to at the checkout
3. Pick up your items from your local store
We aim to have your items ready for you to collect in-store within 5-7 working days.
You will be receive an email detailing your order and will be contacted direct by the store when your items are ready for collection. If you have not received a phone call to let you know that your order is available at your selected store within 5-7 working days please contact us at customerservices@lkbennett.com.
