Speed: Orders placed before 2pm will usually be delivered next working day (excluding weekends). Orders placed after 2pm will usually be despatched the next working day (excluding weekends). Unfortunately we are not able to offer weekend delivery.
Tracking: When placing your order, please provide a mobile number or email address in order to receive regular updates on the status of your delivery. This will also receive an estimated delivery time.
PLEASE NOTE: We do not deliver to PO Box addresses.
Missed UK Deliveries: If you miss your delivery, the courier will automatically attempt to redeliver the parcel on the next working day. They will leave a calling card to let you know that they have attempted delivery, similar to the one below. You will find a calling card number at the top of the card:

Rearrange: To rearrange delivery after the second attempt please refer to your second calling card. Reschedule online at http://www.dpd.co.uk/callingcard or call 0844 824 0505.
Change redelivery address: Choose a different house number within your postcode for your redelivery online at http://www.dpd.co.uk/callingcard or call 0844 824 0505.
Collect from depot: Choose to collect your parcel at a time convenient to you. To arrange this visit http://www.dpd.co.uk/callingcard or call 0844 824 0505. You will need to take photographic proof of identity and a utility bill in order to retrieve your parcel.
Leave in a safe place: Please sign your calling card and leave the card for the driver to collect. The driver must be able to collect this card at the point of delivery. To arrange, visit http://www.dpd.co.uk/callingcard or call 0844 824 0505. Please note that by signing the calling card you accept full responsibility for goods that are left.

Additional Delivery Information
Import Duty: Prices on our website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT. We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. L.K.Bennett cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
Late deliveries: We aim to deliver items within 10 days to international addresses. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons; if you feel your package is late, the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. If your item has left our warehouse and you feel it's severely overdue, please call us on +4420 7637 6731. You will need to quote your order reference number, please have this to hand. Our Customer Care team is available Monday-Friday, 9am-5.30pm. Alternatively, you can email us on orders@lkbennett.com, including your order number in the email.
Restrictions: There may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions on certain items dependant on the country of export. You will find these listed below:
United Arab Emirates & Qatar: Please note that we are currently unable to dispatch orders containing sales goods or goods offered at a promotional price to the United Arab Emirates & Qatar. USA: Please note we do not deliver to APO addresses in the USA.
Customs:
There may be specific demands made by Customs or your parcel may be held for checks, dependant on the country of export – unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannot be held accountable for delays. You will find known Customs demands below:
Norway: Customers must provide the courier with their 11 digit National Security Number for goods to be cleared by Norwegian Customs.
Croatia: Delivery may take up to 14 days due to Customs restrictions.
