All products available to purchase via our website are exportable. We offer an international delivery service on all orders and ship via DPD and UPS to the following countries:
Europe: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
Rest of World: Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, UAE, USA.

The delivery charge for each international order is based on the destination country and number of items within the order and is automatically calculated during the checkout process. LK Bennett reserves the right to withdraw its international delivery service at anytime.

IMPORT DUTY
Prices on the website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT.
We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a DDU basis (Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. Occasionally goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is also responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared. Please send an email to customerservices@lkbennett.com, if you have any questions relating to shipping to your country.
LK Bennett Ltd cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to confiscate any items or charge any import duty. The recipient is responsible for paying the duty.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, JCB and Maestro cards. You need to confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. Your order will be converted by the credit card company at the exchange rate prevailing when the charge is made. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer, if authorisation is refused we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We reserve the right to delay any order for a security review.
We take all reasonable care to make our site as secure as possible. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Commidea, a secure online payment provider that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS POLICY
LK Bennett does not provide a free returns service for any orders shipped outside of the UK and any charges incurred for returning goods back to us are the responsibility of the recipient. We will not reimburse the postal charges of returning an item or refund the original delivery charge unless that item is being refunded because it is faulty or has been sent to you in error.
We strongly recommend that the customer use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier, retaining the receipt until the customer has received credit for the returned items. We can only refund or exchange an item if it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of returned goods. If you intend to return an item, please advise us by emailing customerservices@lkbennett.com as soon as possible.
The goods must be returned unused, in their original undamaged packaging. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. You must return the item to us on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. If you notify us of your intention to cancel the contract but do not return the goods to us we reserve the right to deduct the cost incurred by us in recovering the goods, from any refund you are owed.
INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE POLICY
LK Bennett does not offer a free exchange service for any orders shipped outside the UK, items may be returned using the returns policy described above for a refund of the items purchased.
Customers requiring alternative items will be required to place a new order that will include the international delivery charge.
JURISDICTION
The website is controlled and operated in the UK. These Terms and Conditions and all matters connected with any order you place in our website are governed by English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in relation to all matters connected with or arising out of the website or any order you place on the website.
We may change these Terms and Conditions at any time. If any of these terms and conditions are invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to have full force and effect.
