Prices on our website are shown as inclusive of UK VAT. We ship to all countries outside of the EU on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes or import duties which may be charged on the purchase. L.K.Bennett cannot be held responsible should local customs authorities wish to conflscate any items or charge any import duty. The receipient is responsible for paying the duty.
We aim to deliver items within 10 days to international addresses. Late deliveries could be due to a number of reasons;if you feel your pckage is late , the first step is to check the tracking code you received on your dispatch email. Occationally goods may be subject to delays due to customs. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleard . If your item has left our warehouse and you feel it"s severely overdue, please call us +4420 7637 6731. You will need to quote your order reference number, please have this to hand. There may be specific exclusions relating to individual items or restrictions or certain items dependent on the country of export. You will find these listed below:
United Arab Emirates & Qatar: Please note that we are currently unable to dispatch orders containing sales goods or goods offered at a promotional price to the United Arab Emirates & Qatar.
There may be specific demands made by Customs or your parcel may be held for checks , dependant on the country of export-unfortunately this is out of our control and we cannnt be held accountable for delays. You will find known Customs demands below:
Norway: Customers must provide the courier with their 11 digit National Security Number for goods to be cleared by Norwegian Customs.
Russia: Delivery may take up to 14 days due to Customs restrictions.
Croatia: Delivery may take up to 14 days due to Customs restrictions

All orders will be despatched via the courier DPD. You will not be charged until the goods are despatched from our warehouse and will only be charged delivery costs once per order.

Speed: We will endeavour to despatch your order for delivery on the following working day - please refer to your email/text confirmation, which will advise you of your allotted delivery time. During public holidays your delivery may be subject to minor delays.

Missed US Deliveries
If you miss your delivery , the courier will automatically attempt to redeliver the parcel on the next working day. They will leave a calling card to let you know that they have attempted delivery , similar to the one below. You will find a calling card number at the top of the card.
Rearrange: To rearrange delivery after the second attempt please refer to your second calling card. Reschedule online at www.dep.co.uk/callingcard or call 0844 824 0505.
Change redelivery address: Choose a differnt house number within your postcode for your redelivery online at www.dpd.co.uk/callingcard or call 0844 824 0505.
Collect from depot: Choose to collect your parcel at a time convenient to you. To arrange this visit http://www.dpd.coo.uk/callingcard or call 0844 824 0505. You will need to take photographic proof of identity and a utitlity bill in order to retireve your parcel.
Leave in a safe place: Please sign your calling card and leave the card for the driver to collect. The driver must be able to collect this card at the point of delivery. We are currently trialling free delivery to our Bristol Cabots Circus , London Knightbridge, London City , London One New Change and Oxford Stores, We hope to be able to introduce this service to all of our UK stores very soon.
To use the deliver to store service, please place your order online in the usual way , selecting the store you wish your items to be deliverd to at the checkout. Your item(s) will be available at the store of your choice within 5-7 working days- you will be contacted when your package is ready for collection.If you have not received a phone call to let you know that your order is available within 7 working days of placing it, please contact us on [email protected].
Please note: To collect your order you will need to present your confirmation email, along with the card used to make purchase or one form of ID. If you do not collect your order within 14 days of being contacted by the store, the goods will be returned to the warehouse and a refund issued via your original payment method.
