Coronavirus / COVID19 Update:

During the government lockdown, we extended our returns policy to 100 days for our customers in the UK. Please note that our returns policy will return to the normal 28 days for any UK and international purchases made from the 15th June  2020 onwards.

Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging. 

Shoes: When trying on shoes, the protective layer on the sole of the shoes must not be removed – if you remove this we may not be able to accept the return. We strongly recommend you try the shoes on in a carpeted area and make sure they are suitable and that you intend to keep them before wearing them outside. Shoes with clearly damaged soles and are not in a resaleable condition will not be accepted at our warehouse and will be returned to you.

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Try on swimwear over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. If this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, we will not be able to accept the return. Due to hygiene reasons we aren’t able to offer a return or an exchange on tights if the pack is open. A return or an exchange will only be accepted if the pack is unopened.

Jewellery:Avoid contact with deodorant, perfume, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive pouch or box. Handle with care and do not apply unnecessary force. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings and hats.

Fragrance: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of Fragrance.

Boyarde Leather Stickers: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28 day return policy. Except for faulty goods, all leather stickers must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Please note that once the Boyarde stickers have been stuck onto your bag, both the bag and stickers are non-refundable.

Online purchases: You can return your item(s) in two ways, via our returns portal 'START YOUR RETURN' or return to store.
Please note: Orders purchased through PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Alipay cannot be returned or exchanged in store and must be returned by post.

SALE ITEMS: Any UK orders containing sale items will be charged a return fee. The fee will depend on the return option chosen.

In store Purchases: Items purchased in store may only be returned to stores. 

If you have mislaid your returns form, please email our Customer Care team referencing your order number.

You will receive your refund credit within 14 working days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm.

Returns by Post or Courier:

  • Click here to 'START YOUR RETURN'
  • Enter the order number found on your dispatch note and the email address that you used to purchase.
  • Repack your item(s) along with the dispatch note. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and provide a return reason, then click ‘Proceed’.
  • Select your chosen return method and follow the instructions within the portal.
  • Take your package to your chosen drop off point and either print the returns label at home or show the QR code (found in your return confirmation email) at your chosen drop off point.
  • Please ask for a proof of dispatch. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us. We strongly advise that you keep hold of the tracking number that the post office gives you. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods

Return to store:

  • You are able to return your item(s) to standalone L.K.Bennett stores within the UK.
  • Please note: Concessions and stores outside of the UK are not able to process returns for online orders.
  • Ensure you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Visit a participating L.K.Bennett store, ensuring you have the credit card used to purchase the order and your delivery note.
  • Please note: Orders purchased through PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay or Alipay cannot be returned or exchanged in store and must be returned by post.
  • The store will refund or exchange the item(s) directly onto your card.

We offer a 28 day return policy for online purchases fulfilled by our partner eShopWorld. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for refund are the responsibility of the customer.

Items purchased from lkbennett.com cannot be returned to our International stores, they must be returned to our warehouse

USA Returns: If you wish to return any items, please visit our USA RETURNS CENTRE. Please be aware that there is $7 restocking charge for any orders returned.

EUROPE* Returns: If you wish to return any items, please visit our EUROPE RETURNS CENTRE.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your item has reached our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to settle back into your account.

In-Store Returns Policy - Full Price Stores

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for any full price items, providing they are returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift receipt & Sale items are non-refundable, but exchangeable for other items or a gift card.

Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange. 

Pierced Earrings, including earring pendants are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

This is in addition to your statutory rights. 

Please note that our full price stores are unable to refund or exchange items purchased in outlet stores or concessions.

In-Store Returns Policy - Outlets

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for any outlet items, providing they are returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Gift receipt & Sale items are non-refundable, but exchangeable for other items or a gift card.

Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange. 

Pierced Earrings, including earring pendants are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for reasons of hygiene and safety, unless faulty.

This is in addition to your statutory rights. 

Please note that our outlet stores are unable to refund or exchange items purchased online or in full price stores or concessions.  

Returning Phone Orders or Items Ordered Directly from a Store

We offer a 28 day return policy for orders placed over the phone with our customer care team. You can return your item(s) in two ways, via our online portal, click here to 'START YOUR RETURN' or return to store.
