If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28 day return policy. Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Shoes: When trying on shoes, the protective layer on the sole of the shoes must not be removed – if you remove this we may not be able to accept the return. We strongly recommend you try the shoes on in a carpeted area and make sure they are suitable and that you intend to keep them before wearing them outside. Shoes with clearly damaged soles and are not in a resaleable condition will not be accepted at our warehouse and will be returned to you.

Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Try on swimwear over underwear, without removing the protective adhesive strip. If this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, we will not be able to accept the return.

Boyarde Leather Stickers: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 28 day return policy. Except for faulty goods, all leather stickers must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.

Please note that once the Boyarde stickers have been stuck onto your bag, both the bag and stickers are non-refundable.

We offer a 28 day return policy for online purchases, with a free returns service – unfortunately, this excludes Jersey, Guernsey and any items purchased in-store. You can return your item(s) in two ways, via Royal Mail or return to store. Items purchased in-store may only be returned to stores.

You will receive your refund credit within 14 days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm.

Royal Mail Return

  • Ensure you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel
  • Attach the pre-paid returns label provided to the front of your parcel
  • Take your package to any post office counter and ask for a proof of dispatch. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us, so you may wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service. Please note that unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your delivery service. We strongly advise that you keep hold of any tracking number that the post office gives you. We regret we cannot be held responsible for the non-delivery of returned goods.

Return to Store - UK & Ireland

  • You are also able to return your item to standalone L.K.Bennett stores within the UK. Airport stores, concessions and stores outside of the UK are not able to process web returns
  • Ensure you return your item(s) within 28 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging
  • Visit a participating L.K.Bennett store taking with you the credit card used to purchase the order and your delivery note
  • The store will refund or exchange the item(s) directly onto your card.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Paypal orders cannot be returned or exchanged in an L.K.Bennett store and must be returned via Royal Mail or courier.

We offer a 28 day return policy to our International customers. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for refund are the responsibility of the customer.

Items purchased from lkbennett.com cannot be returned to our International stores, they must be returned to our warehouse. Items originally dispatched to the UK but returned from an international address will be subject to this International Returns Policy.

In-Store Returns Policy - Full Price Stores

PLEASE NOTE: Items purchased in-store may only be returned to stores. Any items purchased in store and returned via post to L.K.Bennett's warehouse are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.

The following applies to items purchased from L.K.Bennett standalone stores - excluding outlets - only:

In-Store Returns Policy - Outlets

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for any outlet items returned within 28 days of purchase, providing they are returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Sale items are eligible for an exchange or gift card only. Proof of purchase is required with every refund or exchange.

This is in addition to your statutory rights.

Please note that our outlet stores are unable to refund or exchange items purchased online or in full price stores.

Returning Phone Orders or Items Ordered Directly from a Store

Items purchased via a phone order and sent from our stores may only be returned to stores. Any items returned via post to L.K.Bennett's warehouse are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to you.

  • Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.
  • Should you wish to return any items bought from us within 28 days, we will be happy to exchange or refund the item using the original method of payment, provided it is in a fully re-salable condition and has not been worn. We regret we do not give cash refunds.
  • We regret that L.K.Bennett standalone stores are unable to offer a refund/exchange on items purchased in concessions.
