THE MOST HORRIBLE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!! NO ONE REPLY MY EMAIL AND BRING A LOT OF TROUBLE IN MY LIFE!!I returned a dress as your website told me that I must return within 7 days after the return label print. I have already mailed it to the U.K. Corby yesterday after I didn't receive your company's reply for 5 days. I cannot spend my whole life on this returning issue. If I knew your company's return process is so expensive and time costly, I would never buy it. You don't know how much I regret buying your company’s dress. I have to check whether receive your reply every day and always wait for nothing. This experience is definitely a nightmare for me. The USPS tracking number is EH015745147US. It arrived in the U.K today. I wait at the USPS for 2 hours and spent $69.05 to return to the U.K. I never spent so much money on returning an item, especially a dress from a famous brand. After I received your email this morning, I went to the USPS one more time this morning at 8:30 am and they told me that the address cannot be changed. I hope to get a refund for the difference between returning it to the Illinois eshopworld return center and U.K. Corby, around $55. I emailed you five days ago and didn't receive any reply. Your company should put a return label in the box or at least let the U.S. customer know they have the choice to return it to a domestic location. When I applied a return on your official website, the return address they sent to me is the U.K. address. I complained to my friends several times about this horrible experience, and I decided to wait for your reply for several days. I never received a reply and I feel so disappointed and I decided to mail it back. You don't know how much trouble this brings to my life!!!!! $69.05 is not cheap for me and I am sure that it is not cheap for most people. I went to the USPS twice and send your company at least three emails in several days. I spent more than 5 hours total on these returning stuff. Your company is a famous brand and I think your customer service should match the kind of brand you are. Again, I should get a refund for the difference between return it to the Illinois eshopworld return center and U.K. Corby (around $55) due to your company's fault. Please let me know how will you refund me for this. I am happy to receive it through the original payment method or I can provide you my bank account information if you need it. In case I will not get a reply from you, I will let you know my Bank of America account number now. It is 354011838784. The attachment is my USPS receipt for your review. If your company chooses to not reply to this email again, I promise I will not purchase any of your company's clothes again in my entire life and let all my friends do the same thing.
