A new season brings new trends to introduce to our wardrobes. This autumn we’ve enlisted the sartorial skills of Founder, Creator and Writer of the Hues of White blog, Santïna, to pick her favourite pieces from our latest collection and style them her way. From the retro-inspired which borrow from decades past to ladylike classics taken for a spin, we’re excited already.
If like us, you have a penchant for the power suit you’ll be pleased to know that the tailored two-piece trend is going nowhere this season. The epitome of empowerment, dare to ditch the dress for something modern like our Floyd suit. Coming in a hot-pink colourway, this playful take on the need-to-know trend is guaranteed to pop in your autumn wardrobe. Crafted from a luxurious wool-blend, the blazer is cut to a contemporary, double-breasted design whilst the matching trousers are seamlessly tapered for a long and lean silhouette. Wear with a simple knit and croc-effect mules for a statement look or for dressed-down days simply pair with a white tee and platform trainers.
This autumn we’re welcoming in the slip skirt back into the fashion fold. Making a stylish comeback from the 90’s, we’re certain this body-skimming staple is soon to be the most versatile piece in your wardrobe. Take on this transitional trend with our beautiful Satin skirt, styled in a burnt orange colourway with mini slits to each side and an elasticated waist, this easy-to-wear piece is comfortable and elegant in equal measure. To complete the look, simply throw over our Rosa forest green cardigan and cinch in the waist with a leather belt for the perfect autumnal-hued outfit. Come party season, switch the knit for a silky cami top, statement earrings and heeled boots.
Looking to instantly amp up your wardrobe? Take a walk on the wild side with animal print accessories this season. Lookout for calf hair pointed boots, matching clutch bags and statement mock croc leather totes, guaranteed to get you noticed for all the right reasons. Opt for our statement zebra and leopard print pointed, stiletto boots, Maja and pair with the matching zebra print Taylor clutch. Keep the rest of your outfit relatively pared-down with more muted tones such as khaki and camel to ensure you accessories do all the talking.
