We all know it; things are a little different this year. During the traditional ‘party season’ of 2020 we’ll be celebrating at home, in bubbles or even just in duos, but that doesn’t mean we should miss out on the fun of getting dressed up - often the best part about going out anyway…
We enlisted the stylish eye of three women who aren’t letting restrictions dampen their sartorial spirit. Discover what @annarvitiello, @hajra_aaa and @hannahstraffordtaylor will be reaching for once we’re out of living la vida lockdown.
To say we have a thing for emerald green would be an understatement, and we’re not alone with our love for this most elegant stone. Both Anna and Hajra chose emerald green dresses, styling them with sleek black accessories to let their details sing. Dial up the texture like Anna, with our Seventies-esque Noor sheepskin coat thrown over the shoulders of the couture-inspired Amalfi satin mini dress.
So sequins aren’t at the top of everyone’s shopping list right now. They might well be competing for space with cosy knits and winter boots, but you’ve got to admit that nothing raises spirits better than a sequin.
We wouldn’t leave you to fend over the festive season without a smattering of sparkling sequins, which Hannah demonstrates in our flamboyant Kitt dress - looking like the perfect present with its giant bow.
Floaty, flowing and with a festive feel, florals look their most luxurious on our Vita silk dress. In jewel-toned emerald green - we did say we loved it - with a vintage archive print of tumbling peonies in red and purple, sumptuous doesn’t even cover it. Slinking around in this on Christmas Day will feel like the ultimate treat; and you can always cosy down in it later with your Christmas jumper.
