(registration number: 11903831) on 27 January 2026 pursuant to paragraph 22 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
Immediately following their appointment, the LK Bennett brand and related intellectual property was sold to LKB IP Holdings, LLC
(a Gordon Brothers affiliated entity). The LK Bennett stores were not included in the transaction and continue to trade under the Administration. Online sales via the LK Bennett website continue for the foreseeable future.
The Company’s affairs, business and property are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability. The Joint Administrators, the Joint Administrators' firm and any of the Joint Administrators' partners, employees, agents or advisers will not bear any liability, whether personal or otherwise under or in connection with the terms and conditions nor any other policy

Where is the service available?

If you live in the Greater London area, you can select Harper’s concierge at checkout.

What does it mean to opt-in for styling assistance?

The Harper Concierge personnel are all experienced fashion advisors, and can help you decide which items to keep. If you want to try on alone, they can drop the items and return in 40 minutes.

Can I return my items after the appointment?

Yes, you’d simply have to follow the return process on our online portal here. Please kindly be advised, we do not accept Harper returns in any of our LK Bennett stores.

Is there any obligation to buy?

No, you can try on and keep as much or as little as you’d like - Harper Concierge are there to find you styles that you will love.

How do I pay for my items?

The Harper style advisors can take payment at your door using their secure iZettle machines for the items you wish to keep. You can pay with any of the following card providers: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, UnionPay, Diners Club, Discover, Maestro, Visa Electron or V pay. Harper also accepts transactions with mobile wallets such as Apple, Samsung and Google Pay.

How long will I have to try on my chosen pieces?

You will have 40 minutes to decide on which LKB pieces you want to keep.
