Returns & refunds

L.K.Bennett Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy.


Except for faulty goods, all items must be returned to us in a saleable condition. They must be returned unused and in their original, undamaged packaging.


Shoes
When trying on shoes, the protective layer on the sole of the shoes must not be removed – if you remove this we may not be unable to accept a return.
We strongly recommend you try shoes on in a carpeted area and wear them for at least 1 hour before wearing them outside. Shoes with clearly
damaged soles will not be accepted back by us.


Clothing
When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any deodorant or fragrance that may leave a mark or scent. Try on swimwear over underwear,
without removing the protective adhesive strip. If this strip has been removed or if items are soiled, we will not be able to accept the return.



Jewellery
Avoid contact with deodorant, perfume, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive pouch or box. Handle with care and do not apply
unnecessary force. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of earrings and hats.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

UK returns & refunds

We offer a 14 day return policy with a free returns service – unfortunately, this excludes Jersey, Guernsey and items purchased in-store.
You can return your item(s) three ways, via Royal Mail, courier or return to store.

If you have mislaid your Returns Form, please download a replacement one here.

Please note: you will receive your refund credit within 21 days of the item(s) being received back at our warehouse. An email will be sent to confirm
that we have processed your return.


Royal Mail Return
Just follow these simple steps to return your item via Royal Mail:

1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel
3. Attach the pre-paid returns label provided to the front of your parcel
4. Take your package to any post office counter and ask for a proof of dispatch. It is your responsibility to ensure the parcel reaches us, so you may
wish to upgrade your delivery to a tracked delivery service. Please note that we unfortunately are unable to refund the cost of any upgrade to your
delivery service. We strongly advise that you keep hold of any tracking number that the post office gives you. We regret we cannot be held responsible
for the non-delivery of returned goods.


Courier Return
If you prefer, you can return you item free-of-charge via our courier service by following these steps:

1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging
2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel
3. Attach the returns label provided to the front of your parcel
4. Contact DPD on 0845 300 4653 and press 2 to arrange your collection - quote the L.K.Bennett account number 260481
6. Please make sure retain the returns reference number DPD give you, in order for you to trace the item during its return journey.


Return to Store
You are also able to return your item to standalone L.K.Bennett stores within the UK. Airport stores, concessions, stores outside of the UK and
outlets are not able to process web returns. To return to the store, follow these steps:

1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging.
2. Visit a participating L.K.Bennett store taking with you the credit card used to purchase the order and your delivery note
3. The store will refund or exchange the item(s) directly onto your card

Please note: Paypal orders cannot be returned or exchanged in an L.K.Bennett store and must be returned via Royal Mail or courier.

international returns & refunds

We offer a 14 day return policy to our International customers. Any charges incurred for returning goods back to us for refund are the responsibility
of the customer.

Items purchased from lkbennett.com cannot be returned to our International stores, they must be returned to our warehouse. Items originally
dispatched to the UK but returned from an international address will be subject to this International Returns Policy.

Follow these steps to return your item:

1. Ensure you return your item(s) within 14 days of receipt. The goods must be returned unused, in their original, undamaged packaging
2. Email customerservices@lkbennett.com to advise us that you are returning your item(s)
3. Complete the returns form enclosed with your item(s) and place the completed returns form in the parcel
4. Send the parcel back to our warehouse: L.K.Bennett Internet Returns, C/O CML Limited, Vulcan Way, Magna Park, Lutterworth,
Leicestershire, LE17 4XR
5. We strongly recommend that you use registered post, recorded delivery or another secure method of delivery from a reputable carrier,
retaining the receipt until you have received credit for the returned items. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for non-delivery of
returned goods.
