If you are not entirely satisfied with your in-store purchase, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any full price items or outlet items (as applicable) returned within 28 days of purchase, providing they are returned in their original condition and accompanied by proof of purchase. Your right to cancel (online)

To exercise your right to cancel you must return the products to us in their original condition and packaging to our returns depot at L.K.Bennett Internet Returns, Advanced Supply Chain, Unit 1-3, Eismann Way, Corby, Northants, NN17 5ZB, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before this period of 14 days has expired.

You must take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Any returns are made at your own risk. You must pay for any return delivery costs (as may be applicable).

We will reimburse to you (by the same method of payment used to pay for the original purchase) all payments received from you in respect of the products to which the cancellation rights apply. This includes the initial costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and within: (i) 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract; or (ii) if the products have been delivered, 14 days after the day we received back from you any products supplied.
